Jugendpartizipation in der Gemeinde ermöglichen. Forschungsbericht

Abstract

Im Rahmen des Projekts "Jugendliche Partizipation in der Gemeinde erm��glichen" wurden zentrale Elemente, Herausforderungen und Gelingensfaktoren der Jugendpartizipationsf��rderung erforscht. Im Bewusstsein dar��ber, dass die Qualit��t von durch Fachpersonen initiierte oder begleitete Partizipationsprojekte und -gef��sse nicht nur von den Jugendlichen abh��ngt, fokussiert die Studie auf Bed��rfnisse, Haltungen, Arbeitsweisen und Arbeitsbedingungen derjenigen Personen, welche Jugendpartizipation am kommunalen Gemeinwesen f��rdern. Diese in der Studie als "Enabler*innen" bezeichneten Personen, etwa Fachpersonen der offenen Kinder- und Jugendarbeit oder Gemeindepolitiker*innen, haben in Forschungs- und Praxisliteratur bis anhin nur wenig Aufmerksamkeit erhalten. Indem diese Forschungsl��cke adressiert wird, k��nnen durch die explorative Studie bisherige Erkenntnisse der Jugendpartizipationsf��rderung komplementiert werden. Insbesondere R��cken neben der direkten Arbeit mit Jugendlichen Grundlagenarbeiten in Kontakt mit anderen Akteur*innen der Gemeinde und Vermittlungsleistungen zwischen der Lebenswelt der Jugendlichen und dem institutionellen System Gemeinde in den Vordergrund.
