Abstract

Der Klimawandel und der damit verbundene Temperaturanstieg werden k��nftig Auswirkungen auf den Energiebedarf und die Behaglichkeit von Geb��uden haben. Der Schutz der Geb��ude vor ��berhitzung wird zunehmend an Bedeutung gewinnen. Um einen energetisch optimalen Betrieb und einen hohen Wohnkomfort ��ber den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Wohngeb��uden zu garantieren, muss bereits heute zukunftsvisiert geplant werden. Das Projekt verfolgt dabei zwei komplement��re Ziele: Zum einen sollen Bauherrschaften im Umgang mit der Thematik ��Klimawandel�� sensibilisiert und bei Planungsentscheidungen f��r Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekte unterst��tzt werden. Zum anderen wurde ein Hilfsmittel f��r ArchitektInnen und Planende bereitgestellt, welches Empfehlungen f��r den fr��hen Entwurfsprozess beinhaltet und die Akteure bei der Balancefindung der drei Themenfelder solare Gewinne, Tageslichtversorgung und ��berhitzungsschutz unterst��tzt. Le changement climatique et l���augmentation de la temp��rature qui y est li��e auront �� l���avenir un impact sur les besoins ��nerg��tiques et le confort dans les b��timents. La protection des b��timents contre les surchauffes va donc devenir de plus en plus importante. Afin de garantir un fonctionnement ��nerg��tique optimal et un confort de vie ��lev�� sur l���ensemble du cycle de vie des b��timents r��sidentiels, il est n��cessaire de planifier pour l���avenir d��s aujourd���hui. Le projet poursuit deux objectifs compl��mentaires : d���une part, les ma��tres d���ouvrages doivent ��tre sensibilis��s �� la gestion du th��me �� changement climatique �� et doivent ��tre soutenus dans les d��cisions de planification pour des projets de nouvelle construction et de r��novation. D���autre part, un outil d���aide destin�� aux architectes et aux planificateurs a ��t�� mis �� disposition. Il contient des recommandations pour les premi��res phases du processus de d��veloppement de projet et aide les acteurs �� trouver un ��quilibre entre les trois th��mes des gains solaires, de l���utilisation de la lumi��re du jour et de la protection contre la surchauffe. Il cambiamento climatico e il conseguente aumento della temperatura avranno in futuro un impatto sul fabbisogno energetico e sul comfort termico degli edifici. Proteggere gli edifici dal surriscaldamento diventer�� sempre pi�� importante. Al fine di garantire un funzionamento ottimale dal punto di vista energetico e un elevato livello di comfort abitativo durante l'intero ciclo di vita degli edifici residenziali, �� sin da oggi necessario procedere ad una pianificazione che tenga conto dell���evoluzione futura. Il progetto persegue due obiettivi complementari: da un lato vi �� la sensibilizzazione dei proprietari di edifici riguardo alla problematica del ��cambiamento climatico�� e il loro sostegno nelle decisioni di pianificazione di nuovi progetti di costruzione e ristrutturazione. Oltre a ci��, si tratta di mettere a disposizione di architetti e progettisti uno strumento che fornisca raccomandazioni per le fasi iniziali del processo di progettazione e che li accompagni nella ricerca di un equilibrio tra guadagno solare, fornitura di luce diurna e protezione dal surriscaldamento.
