BIOMAP Glossary

Abstract

BIOmarkers in Atopic dermatitis and Psoriasis (BIOMAP) is a large European consortium which aims to advance personalised medicine for patients with inflammatory skin diseases. BIOMAP will perform cross-cohort analyses, utilising existing datasets to try to identify biomarkers that predict response to treatment and disease progression. The BIOMAP Glossary is a compilation of clinical variables, relevant to atopic dermatitis and psoriasis and creates harmonised terms and data format. The Glossary will be used to transform existing studies' datasets into harmonised datasets so they can be used for cross-cohort analyses.
