Benutzermodelle im intelligenten Dialog-System MALBOT – ein Anwendungsbeispiel

Abstract

MALBOT ist ein intelligentes Dialog-System, das auf Benutzermodellierung basiert und als Benutzungsschnittstelle von verschiedenen Appli-kationssystemen verwendet werden kann. In diesem Beitrag präsentieren wir ein Anwendungsbeispiel des Benutzermodells in MALBOT für ein Information Retrieval System. Der Dialogmanager leitet das Gespräch zwischen dem Be-nutzer und dem Computer und erkennt das Ziel des Benutzers mit Hilfe der Benutzermodellierungskomponente. Die Benutzermodellierungskomponente ist ein wesentlicher Bestandteil des Systems. Sie bietet einen effektiven Weg, von beobachteten Benutzeraktionen eine Hypothese bezüglich des Benutzer-ziels zu erstellen. Sie wird auch zur Analysierung von speech acts verwendet.
