Abstract

Woran können wir Gute Arbeit in einem Sozialdienst erkennen und wie können sich Leitende und Mitarbeitende von Sozialdiensten durch ihr Handeln der Guten Arbeit annähern? Diese Fragen stehen im Zentrum des vorliegenden Handbuchs. Um sie zu beantworten, hat sich die Hochschule Luzern – Soziale Arbeit an einem mehrdimensionalen Modell zur Gestaltung Guter Arbeit orientiert und dieses gemeinsam mit 22 kleineren und mittelgrossen Sozialdiensten angewendet. Das Handbuch dokumentiert die Ergebnisse, liefert theoretische Bezüge und will Fachpersonen aus der Praxis dazu anregen, ihr eigenes Handeln einzuschätzen und weiterzuentwickeln. Es beschreibt Gute Arbeit im Sozialdienst bezogen auf die Handlungsfelder Organisation, Fachlichkeit und Legitimation. Im Weiteren wird ein spezifischer Aspekt organisationalen Handelns vertieft, der sich mit der Gestaltung der Arbeitssituation von Sozialarbeitenden befasst. Dabei gilt, dass die verschiedenen Perspektiven Guter Arbeit voneinander abhängig sind und sich wechselseitig beeinflussen.Gute Arbeit in Sozialdiensten kann aktiv von innen her entwickelt und gestaltet werden. Dieser Titel kann als gedrucktes Buch über den interact Verlag bezogen werden.
