Knowledge Management 2018 Trendstudie: Ein Vergleich zum Jahr 2008

Abstract

Motivation: Seit der Herausgabe der letzten Studie im Jahr 2008 hat sich der Fokus unserer Arbeitswelt stark gewandelt. Stand vor 10 Jahren beispielsweise noch die Konkurrenz aus dem asiatischen Raum im Vordergrund, dominiert heute vor allem ein Thema: Die Digitalisierung! Inwiefern hat diese Einfluss auf die Zielsetzungen und Erwartungen ans Knowledge Management? Knowledge Management (KM): Ein gut geführtes und institutionalisiertes Knowledge Management stellt den Wissenstransfer als wichtige Querschnittsfunktion innerhalb einer Unternehmung sicher. Bedient man sich eines strukturierten Ablaufs, kann man das Knowledge Management in die drei Phasen «Wissenserfassung», «Wissensverarbeitung» und «Wissensverteilung» einteilen. Ziele der Untersuchung: Der vorliegenden Untersuchung werden die Ergebnisse der Studie aus dem Jahre 2008 gegenübergestellt. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf der Trendentwicklung über die vier Dimensionen (Organisation, Prozesse, Methode und Kultur) des Knowledge Managements. Die Studie zeigt auf, wie das Knowledge Management durch die Digitalisierung beeinflusst wurde. Der Bezug zur Praxis aus konkreten Projekterfahrungen der iProcess AG liefert zusätzliche Anhaltspunkte für die weitere Trendentwicklung des Knowledge Managements.
