NEW ERA TECHNOLOGY – ROBOTIC SURGERY

Abstract

Robotic surgery represents one of the most advanced innovations in modern medicine, enabling operations to be performed with greater precision, safety, and minimal invasiveness. The Da Vinci system is among the most recognized robotic surgery platforms. Future advancements are expected to further integrate robotic systems with artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, allowing for highly accurate, low-risk procedures. AI-based surgical systems can analyze medical imaging, enhance preoperative planning, and assist surgeons during operations by compensating for hand tremors and detecting potential risks in real time. This article outlines key future directions in robotic surgery and the transformative potential of AI-assisted surgical technology.
