This report captures the key insights, lessons learned, and good practices emerging from the pilot implementation of Talent Management Centres (TMCs) within the DocTalent4EU project. Designed to support universities interested in establishing their own TMCs, the document offers practical guidance based on real experiences from partner institutions. It highlights how TMCs can help PhD candidates and early career researchers develop and showcase in-demand transferable skills, boosting their career prospects beyond academia. DocTalent4EU is a HORIZON EUROPE funded project which aims to enhance PhD employability through a strong, visible and innovative recognition-system of the most in-demand transferable skills that early-career researchers acquire or will acquire through their doctoral training and research activities.
