This milestone report presents the methodology and key findings of the sustainability analysis of the Skills4EOSC project's outputs. The analysis applies the Business Model Canvas framework, adapted for Value Networks, to assess sustainability and establish clear criteria for short-term sustainable evolution. The Competence Centre Network is identified as the primary vehicle for ensuring the continuity of the community and outcomes beyond the project’s funding period. The report highlights existing gaps, potential risks, and the necessary steps to secure the short-term sustainability of project outputs within this network. Additionally, it introduces an initial discussion on the long-term viability of these outcomes.
