Abstract

The article considers project-based learning as a modern educational approach aimed atdeveloping students' key competences of the 21st century. The authors analyse the essence of project-basedlearning, its advantages and disadvantages, and offer practical recommendations on the organisation of projectactivities in the educational process. The authors emphasise that project-based learning promotes the formationof students' independence, responsibility, critical thinking, creativity and teamwork skills
