Hozirgi kunda ta’lim tizimida sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan keng foydalanish kuzatilmoqda. Ushbu maqolada chatbotlarning ta’lim jarayoniga ta’siri, ularning afzalliklari va kamchiliklari, shuningdek, xalqaro va milliy tajribalar tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida chatbotlarning interaktiv o‘qitishdagi roli, raqamli ta’lim tizimidagi imkoniyatlari va o‘quv jarayonini optimallashtirishga qo‘shayotgan hissasi o‘rganildi.
