This is a presentation of Leanne Seeliger from Stellenbosch University (SU), South Africa held during her PRODIGEES research secondment to the the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS), Germany. In her research project the researcher aims to find out, whether digitalisation can facilitate ethical sustainable adaptive collaborative water governance in complex moral contexts in the case of the Cape Flats Aquifer in the Philippi Horticultural Area in Cape Town, South Africa.
