Plastic Pirates in Nova Scotia – Litter pollution results for fall 2024

Abstract

Report about the Plastic Pirates project in Nova Scotia that took place during fall in 2024. More than 200 schoolchildren conducted a scientific investigation at lakes and the sea in Nova Scotia to study the pollution of the environment by litter and plastics. This report shares some insights based on the data collected by the schoolchildren. The original data is also supplied in a complementary sheet.
