Abstract

Designed to assist higher education staff in implementing Talent Management Centres (TMCs), this training material offers a comprehensive range of resources. These include infographics, the presentation from the DocTalent4EU workshop “Implementing Local Talent Management Centres in Higher Education,” and key questions to guide institutions in preparing for TMC implementation. DocTalent4EU is a HORIZON EUROPE funded project which aims to enhance PhD employability through a strong, visible and innovative recognition-system of the most in-demand transferable skills that early-career researchers acquire or will acquire through their doctoral training and research activities.
