Abstract

El L-PRF (Leukocyte-Platelet Rich Fibrin, una segunda generación de concentrados plaquetarios) mejora significativamente la cicatrización de heridas en tejidos blandos y duros. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un método neutrosófico para medir el potencial regenerativo de la fibrina rica en plaquetas y leucocitos en la salud ósea y periodontal de los tejidos bucales. Los resultados obtenidos con la implementación del método neutrosófico evidencian que el uso de PRF como llenado y biomaterial antihemorrágico durante las extracciones dentales parece una opción eficaz en pacientes de cirugía cardiaca bajo terapia anticoagulante. A diferencia de plasma rico en plaquetas (PRP), que es un gel o una suspensión, de leucocitos rico en plaquetas el (L-PRF) es una membrana de fibrina 3D generada de la centrifugación de la sangre entera en un tubo precipitador que no contiene anticoagulante, dando como resultado un coágulo de fibrina que tiene abundantes factores de crecimiento y citoquinas. Además, el PRF es mucho más barato que la fibrina colas y la mayoría de los kits de PRP disponibles.
