Método neutrosófico para el control de perfiles de víctimas de violencia sexual con presencia de sustancias psicoactivas

Abstract

La violencia sexual relacionada con el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas representa un problema complejo y multifactorial con graves consecuencias para las víctimas y la sociedad. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un método neutrosófico para el control de perfiles de víctimas de violencia sexual con presencia de sustancias psicoactivas. El control de estos perfiles permite analizar la relación entre el consumo de estas sustancias y los casos de violencia sexual, con el fin de identificar patrones, factores de riesgo y consecuencias asociadas. Los resultados indican que el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas, especialmente el alcohol, aumenta la vulnerabilidad a la violencia sexual. Es necesario identificar factores de riesgo adicionales, como antecedentes de violencia, entornos socioculturales permisivos y desigualdades socioeconómicas; así como, abarcar las consecuencias, daños físicos, psicológicos y sociales significativos. La importancia de los análisis toxicológicos y los exámenes médico-forenses para documentar estos casos, fomentaría la necesidad de políticas y protocolos adaptados que promuevan la sensibilización, la educación y el fortalecimiento de los sistemas de justicia.
