Abstract

Антибиотики в молоке представлены абсолютно всеми препаратами этой группы, которые применяются в ветеринарии. Это пенициллин, синтомицин, тетрациклин, различные цефалоспорины и пр. — в целом, более 70-ти наименований. Чаще всего в ветеринарной практике используются антибактериальные препараты широкого спектра действия. В данной работе проводили сравнительное исследование методов определения антибиотиков молоке и молочных продуктов, обеспечения единства измерений и характеристикам и погрешности измерений.
