When adapting educational resources for diverse audiences, simply translating content is not sufficient. To truly connect with learners and enhance their educational experience, it is essential to localise materials—tailoring them to the cultural, regional, and contextual nuances of the audience. Drawing from the EDUmake project, which successfully localised educational resources across different countries (Belgium, The Netherlands and Croatia), the following recommendations provide guidance on effectively adapting content to ensure it resonates with and meets the needs of local learners. These strategies will help educators create more relevant, engaging, and impactful learning experiences. More about the project ➡️https://media-and-learning.eu/project/edumake/
