In this paper we will demonstrate the capabilities offered by a data analysis method (Correspondence Analysis) on web log statistics for the examination of user behavior and preferences. Specifically, we observed log statistics of a university department web site an a monthly basis, by plotting each data set on the same factorial plane. We view that this process may produce valuable results both for web-content designers and institutions with Internet presence.
