Abstract

En este estudio se analizan las políticas públicas para la protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes frente a la figura delictiva sexual-informática “child grooming” en la legislación ecuatoriana. La investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un método neutrosófico multicriterio para evaluar la protección de niños, niñas y adolescentes frente a la figura delictiva sexual-informática. El método propuesto basa su funcionamiento mediante un enfoque multicriterio multiexperto con la utilización de números neutrosóficos. Se realiza la aplicación del método propuesto en un estudio de caso en la ciudad de Ibarra, a partir de lo cual fue posible realizar un análisis del comportamiento de este delito. Se concluye que, pese a la existencia de las normas de protección de la niñez y adolescencia, la causa principal de delitos sexuales informáticos son el mal uso del internet y la falta de control parental como también que no existe una eficaz difusión de los derechos de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.
