Abstract: Teachers are at the heart of the education system and therefore have an important role in integrating ICT into teaching and learning. This study was conducted to determine the Teachers level of competence and extent of utilization of ICT in the Educational System of Beijing, China for the School Year 2023-2024. The study utilized descriptive research design. A validated and reliability-tested self-made questionnaire was used to gather baseline data from 108 sampled respondents. The teacher’s levels of competence in ICT were all high level and their extents of compliance were all great extent. There was no significant difference in the teacher’s level of competence and extent of compliance in ICT when grouped and compared according to the variables, age, sex, civil status and highest educational attainment. This study calls for persons in authority that can contribute to creating an enabling environment that empowers teachers to effectively leverage ICT for enhanced teaching and learning outcomes.
