Abstract

Voyaga yyetmaganlar deb, Konstitutsiya va boshqa qonunlarda ko‘rsatilgan fuqarolarning huquqva majburiyatlarini bajarish uchun belgilangan yoshga to‘lmagan shaxslar nazarda tutiladi. Bu toifadagijinoyat ishlarini yuritish qonunning alohida bobida ko‘rsatilgan, chunki ularga nisbatan o‘zga me’yorlarqo‘llaniladi. Voyaga yetmaganlarning jinoyat ishlarini yuritishda ularning ijtimoiy- ruhiy holatlarinihisobga olish e’tiborga molikdir.
