Assessment of study on the impact of AI on Education (Special Reference to Undergraduate Students- Bangalore)

Abstract

This paper offers a case study on educating students to have the competences and skills required for the current and future digital transformation to undergrads, along with a state-of-the-art review of artificial intelligence (Al) in education. The intention is to assist postsecondary educational institutions in developing curricula that benefit businesses by equipping them with skilled labor to meet the difficulties posed by the changing workplace of the twenty-first century. To educate engineers for the future company, the plan comprises of a business intelligence overview of Al trends and issues of interest to academic institutions, with a focus on intelligent human-computer interface and interactive design and manufacturing. An overview of Al is provided on this page, along with its function in the realms of higher education, emphasizing staff empowerment, participatory learning, and the improvement of human skills. The use of Al in a complex and competitive higher education setting is linked to a few modern issues, including high costs, a shortage of skilled workers, a lack of social skills, a lack of soft skills, ethical behavior and attitudes, technical difficulties, workforce displacement, etc. As a result, although they greatly contribute to increasing human skills, machines are not yet ready to completely replace people. Therefore, teachers must help pupils develop higher order thinking, creativity, metacognition, and human skills—all which machines cannot learn—to prevent the complete replacement of humans by machines.
