Abstract

A promising approach to counteract persistent inequalities in STEM education (Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics) is to integrate these subjects with creative arts (‘A’ in ‘STEAM’) to allow for more inclusive and holistic teaching practices. To foster these integrative approaches, the Horizon Europe project ‘ROAD-STEAMER’ develops a STEAM roadmap for science education.
