Análisis del comportamiento táctico de los pasadores masculinos en el voleibol cubano de primer nivel en la competencia nacional 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo valorar el comportamiento del pensamiento táctico de los pasadores cubanos en la competencia de Primera Categoría. Ésta estuvo motivada por insuficiencias observadas en los pasadores masculinos en la conducción del juego, durante el cumplimiento de los objetivos tácticos en competencias desarrolladas en el escenario internacional. El tipo de estudio empleado es no experimental transversal descriptivo cualitativo. La muestra estuvo conformada por los 16 pasadores de los 8 equipos participantes en el evento de Primera Categoría Nacional Masculina de Voleibol celebrada en Sancti Spiritus 2022. Empleamos los métodos teóricos: analítico-sintético e inductivo-deductivo y los métodos empíricos: análisis de documento y la observación (estructurada y no estructurada). Para el análisis de los resultados, se empleó primeramente una guía de observación que nos permitió registrar datos necesarios para la investigación. Una vez registrados todos los datos cuantitativos, éstos fueron agrupados en tablas para posteriormente analizarlos cualitativamente y así poder arribar a conclusiones pertinentes. El análisis de los resultados nos permitió constatar que existen deficiencias en el comportamiento táctico de nuestros pasadores, principalmente con la selección y distribución del pase; así como una marcada tendencia al juego ofensivo por los extremos, empleándose en un volumen mucho menor los pases de primer tiempo y de combinación.
