Abstract

La extrusión de hipoclorito de sodio (NaOCl) es un accidente muy raro cuyas complicaciones más comunes incluyen dolor, hinchazón y hematoma. Aunque es poco frecuente, sus efectos pueden ser graves si no se tienen en cuenta las pautas de procedimiento, diagnóstico, tratamiento, condiciones predisponentes y los factores de riesgo del paciente. La presente investigación, propone una solución a la problemática descrita mediante un sistema de recomendación para la evaluación de efectos de los accidentes con hipoclorito de sodio en niños en odontopediatría. El método propuesto basa su funcionamiento mediante mapa cognitivo difuso para modelar la incertidumbre en las relaciones causales. Se presenta un estudio de caso para demostrar la aplicabilidad de la propuesta.
