It is revised version of author's previous work. It brings new ideas of construction of magic squares. This work is for the order 14. The new ideas used to bring these magic square are: bordered magic rectangles, bordered double digits magic rectangles, cornered magic rectangles, striped magic rectangles, etc. When the length and width are equal these becomes as magic squares. Another idea used is of algebraic formula (a+b)^2. Here we consider small blocks of magic squares and magic rectangles, such as a^2, b^2, axb and bxa. These are available as pdf file at author's site. For previous works of orders 6, 8, 10 and 12 (click here) .
