Wissenschaftliche Begleituntersuchung zu digitalen Zwillingen von Kommunen im Bundesgebiet

Abstract

Die vorliegende Studie analysiert umgesetzte oder in der Umsetzung fortgeschrittene Fallbeispiele digitaler (Stadt-) Zwillinge und Anwendungsfälle ("Use Cases") aus Kommunen in Deutschland anhand von ausgewählten Kriterien, die für die geplante Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines digitalen Zwillings und verschiedener Use Cases in Regensburg relevant sind. Ein Stadtzwilling wird im Rahmen dieser Studie als besondere, auf städtische Bedürfnisse wie Planung, Steuerung und Beteiligung im urbanen Kontext zugeschnittene, Form von digitalen Zwillingen aufgefasst. Im Sinne der Lesbarkeit wird im Folgenden von digitalen Zwillingen gesprochen, wenn solche Stadtzwillinge gemeint sind. Die Informationen sollen der Stadt Regensburg helfen die Planung ihres digitalen Zwillings, hinsichtlich personeller, finanzieller und technischer Aspekte, präzisieren zu können.
