The main emphasis of this work is placed upon term of culture. There are two ways how culture can be described. First way is called an general culture and the second way of description of culture is via culture of firm. Culture of firm is described as an special type of general culture. Culture of firm is influenced by many various factors. Term of culture is divided into culture aimed at performance and culture aimed at relationships. This work contains an list of differences between culture aimed at performance and culture aimed at relationships. Conflict of culture aimed at performance and culture aimed at relationship is described with use of short story from life. Example of culture aimed at relationship is described as well as is provided description of process called Nemawashi. Process called Nemawashi is described in the way that can help people work with firms which are located in country where prevails culture aimed at relationships.
