Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mualliflar tomonidan yillar davomida olib borilgan termoelektrik energiya o‘zgartirgichlari uchun, past haroratli yarimo‘tkazgichli termoelektrik na’munalarini yaratish (quyma, qorishma)larni olish texnologiyasi va ularni elektrofizik xossalarini o‘rganish keltirilgan va olib borilgan tadqiqotlar asosida, ilmiy jihatdan yarimo‘tkazgichlar texnikasi, kukunli metallurgiya sanoatida ishlab chiqarishni samaradorligini oshirishda qo‘llaniladigan termoelektrik materiallarni xossalarini va tavsifnomalarini o‘rganish ko‘zda tutilgan.
