QoE estimation methodology for 5G use cases

Abstract

Promising development of information technology in the modern world completely affects all areas of human activity. From now on, the concept of "Quality of Experience" (QoE) is becoming increasingly popular, and great efforts have been made to improve and provide reliable and additional services with a high level of experience for users. This paper considers the problems of functioning of quality assurance systems in the fifth generation networks. As well as the importance of service quality in wireless and mobile networks and analyzed the main features of the use of 5G technologies. Providing standard definitions and the most important developed measurement methods. Demonstrates significant improvements and approaches for service quality control to meet user expectations.
