The document contains the updated version of the ECOTIP's initial Data Management Plan (DMP) to meet the requirements of an Open Research Data Pilot (ORDP) and to support dissemination and exploitation of newly collected observations and model results, along with their analysis and synthesis. The DMP lays out the means of making data available in a readily useable format, optimizing handling of data from discovery to publication, and facilitating data exploitation by the wider community. To this end, the project will adhere to FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable) data principles. The DMP is being updated on a regular basis with a document revision history included.
