Abstract

Prunus armeniaca Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 474. 1753. "Habitat - - - –” RCN: 3628. Lectotype (Browicz in Rechinger, Fl. Iranica 66: 165. 1969): Herb. Linn. No. 640.12 (LINN). Current name: Prunus armeniaca L. (Rosaceae). Note: The type is illustrated by Ghora & Panigrahi (in Nair, Fam. Rosaceae India 2: 47, pl. 1B. 1995).
