Abstract

Întrunirea cadrelor ştiinţifico-didactice ale instituţiilor universitare şi preuniversitare din Republica Moldova, România, Germania, Belorus, Federația Rusă, Uzbekistan, Ucraina la Ediţia III-a a Conferinţei ştiinţifico-practice internaţionale Managementul educaţional: realizări şi perspective de dezvoltare, organizată de către Catedra de științe ale educației în cadrul Universităţii de Stat ,,Alecu Russo” din Bălţi, a avut ca obiectiv principal – analiza problemelor stringente de optimizare a procesului managerial prin sintetizarea ideilor inovatoare şi a practicilor avansate. Comunicările prezentate au vizat următoarele direcţii tematice: • Viziune și strategii • Curriculum • Resurse umane • Comunitate și parteneriate. În discursurile participanţilor au fost reliefate un şir de probleme cu care se confruntă la ora actuală sistemul de management educațional.
