The Data Management Plan as a part of the Open Research Data Pilot (ORDP) is a document that describes a structured approach and methodology towards management of all data that is planned to be collected, analysed or generated in the course of the ASSURED project. The main aim of this document is to ensure that all data available in ASSURED is findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable/ re-producible (FAIR). In Section 3, main objectives of ASSURED and Data Management Plan are introduced. Cooperation Tool – as the primary internal online storage platform – will be described shortly in Section 4. Chapters 5, 6, 7 handle the categorisation of the ASSURED data along with the methodology for selection of the data, its preservation and data sharing. Section 8 concerns responsibilities and resources. Last section explains the obligations towards IPR and ethical considerations in ASSURED. Much of the information required in the document has been earlier described in details in D1.6 Quality Assurance Guidelines and D11.1 Dissemination strategy. Therefore, the DMP should be seen as complimentary to the above-mentioned deliverables. In addition, DMP should be considered as a living document that will be updated and expanded throughout lifetime of the ASSURED project. The objectives related to this deliverable have been achieved in full and as scheduled for this initial stage.
