Método neutrosófico para evaluar el cuidado enfermero en el manejo del Hematoma Subdural

Abstract

El hematoma subdural agudo es la acumulación de sangre en el espacio subdural debido a una ruptura de los vasos sanguíneos, es el resultado principal de un traumatismo craneoencefálico y se considera el más letal ya que daña las células cerebrales provocando su muerte, por lo que un mejor abordaje en el cuidado enfermero de estos pacientes representa una mejora en su salud y se optimizan los recursos disponibles A partir de esta definición, la investigación tiene como objetivo la implementación un método para evaluar el cuidado enfermero en el manejo del Hematoma Subdural. Las acciones del personal de enfermería destinadas al paciente con hematoma subdural son ampliamente efectivas ya que permiten un abordaje holístico centrado en satisfacer las necesidades del paciente, especialmente en el aspecto neurológico, mismas que están enfocadas en monitorear el estado de conciencia, proporcionar comodidad y confort físico durante su permanencia hospitalaria, mantener permeabilidad de la vía aérea, entre otras.
