Abstract
The purpose of deliverable 8.2 is to describe the data types pertinent for personalised medicine and the links between them. To do this, we first identified a concrete use case: acute myeloid leukemia and then identified the needs of the key stakeholders: physicians, clinical researchers, biomedical researchers, and patients. Guided by these needs we built a prototype data model for structuring, organising and annotating the patient data accordingly.
