
This document provides an analysis of all the stakeholders involved in the implementation and maintenance of a scientific journalism residency program; identification of their reciprocal/conflicting goals. This stakeholder analysis has identified key groups involved in the science journalism fellowship program, their roles, interests, and the level of engagement required. By implementing targeted engagement strategies and regularly evaluating their effectiveness, the FRONTIERS consortium will monitor the outcomes of the ERC Science Journalism fellowship program.
