Our specimens were identified based on male abdominal sternum VI without a median projection; male abdominal sternum VII with the posterior margin concave (Fig. 17B); the anterior margin of the pronotum subequal to head width; and the angulate metanotal projections in apterous specimens not exposed (Fig. 17A) (Rodrigues et al. 2021a).
