Abstract

Kajian terhadap keserasian budaya organisasi juga menjamin peran budaya organisasi sebagai sarana untuk menentukan arah organisasi, menginstruksikan apa yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilakukan, bagaimana mengelola alokasi sumber daya organisasi serta sebagai sarana untuk menghadapi peluang dan masalah yang masuk dari lingkungan organisasi, terutama kekuatan yang berasal dari nilai-nilai dasar organisasi.
