Abstract

O objetivo desse trabalho é trazer os estilos de liderança que está presente na humanidade desde os primórdios. Grandes líderes deixaram marcas positivas ou negativas no mundo e na história em vários momentos, através da atuação à frente de grandes impérios e nações da antiguidade, dirigindo grandes batalhas e guerras devastadoras ou, por outro lado, promovendo o desenvolvimento humano, a justiça, a paz e a esperança. No mundo contemporâneo, não é diferente. Vimos, por exemplo, nos séculos mais recentes, pessoas comuns que se tornaram grandes ícones da humanidade pela intensidade e inteligência na arte de liderar grupos e multidões em torno de um objetivo. Adolf Hitler e o Nazismo, Nelson Mandela e o Apartheid, Papa João Paulo II, Princesa Diana, Ernesto Che Guevara e os brasileiros Getúlio Vargas e Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva são grandes exemplos de liderança impactante. Mas, vamos analisar os estilos de liderança e três tipos de líderes, para que você possa realizar uma reflexão profunda de como tem atuado perante os seus liderados (ou mesmo se você pretende ser futuramente um grande líder, e talvez já esteja sendo um).
