Dampak Sistem Manajemen Kinerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan unsur penggerak yang paling penting dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan perusahaan dengan hasil yang baik perlu adanya kinerja yang baik pula. Kualitas sumber daya manusia tercermin dari kinerjanya dalam perusahaan apabila dikelola dengan baik, seperti bagaimana masing-masing karyawan terlibat dalam rencana tersebut dengan tujuan dan sasaran departemen dan perusahaan. Dengan tingginya kinerja karyawan dalam suatu perusahaan maka kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan pun akan mengalami peningkatan dan hal ini tentu saja memberikan keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak sistem manajemen kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dampak sistem manajemen kinerja sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan yang baik tergantung pada tahapan manajemen diantaranya : Planning, Managing/ Supporting, Riview/ Appraising, dan Depeloving/ Rewarding.
