Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune rheumatic disease of unknown etiology, characterized by overproduction of organ-nonspecific autoantibodies to various components of the cell nucleus and cytoplasm and the development of immune-inflammatory damage to internal organs.
