Abstract

Cet article se veut une contribution au débat sur le raisonnement sociologique autour de l’appréhension et la préhension de la réforme du Code pénal camerounais de 2016. Il vise à réfléchir sur les cadres de référence sous-jacents du savoir socialisé du sociologue, en rapport avec le nouveau dispositif pénal camerounais du 12 juillet 2016. Devant un tel intérêt, il questionne la légitimité des ressources de l’interprétation sociologique de la réforme du Code pénal camerounais en vigueur. Autrement dit, comment le sociologue, dans son mode de raisonnement et à partir (de l’objectivation savante) des ressources mobilisées, cerne-t-il les pertinences interprétatives de la réforme du Code pénal camerounais de 2016? Partant de-là, l’on soutient l’idée que l’interprétation sociologique de la réforme du Code pénal camerounais dépend des techniques ou niveaux d’analyse (hybrides) découlant d’une série d’« actes interprétatifs » relatifs et pluriels. Pour vérifier ou confirmer cette hypothèse, il est indispensable d’examiner, de prime abord, les ressorts probatoires de l’interprétation sociologique de la réforme du Code pénal camerounais de 2016 à partir du développement d’une réflexivité sous l’égide de l’explication rationnelle. Après quoi, il est intéressant de se livrer à la compréhension analytique de cette réforme, en allant décrypter le sens « interne » ou « endogène ».
