ABSTRACTBiliary fistulas occur in 3%–5% of patients with gallstones. Duodenum is the most common site of fistulation. We report a case of elderly female with chronic calculous cholecystitis complicated by cholecystogastric fistula. The diagnosis of cholecystogastric fistula was made incidentally on esophagogastroduodenoscopy.
