Abstract

L’importance nouvelle donnee a l’etablissement scolaire, comme unite de base du systeme educatif, conduit a une reflexion sur l’identite professionnelle du chef d’etablissement, dont les fonctions complexes ne relevent pas, selon l’auteur, des categories traditionnelles du « metier » ou de la « profession », mais renvoient a des qualites d’ordre personnel.
