Abstract

Le texte qui suit est issu de la table ronde, organisée par Anne-Claude Ambroise-Rendu et Anna Trespeuch-Berthelot, qui s’est tenue au congrès de l’Association pour le développement de l’histoire culturelle (ADHC) le 28 septembre 2024 au Musée de la Chasse et de la Nature, à Paris.
