Psychopathologie parentale et psychopathologie de l'adolescent.

Abstract

Les auteurs presentent le travail effectue avec les familles a la “ Maison des 13/17 ”, unite d’hebergement psychotherapeutique pour adolescent (exteriorisee de la Fondation Vallee). Ils abordent d’abord, sur un plan theorique, les interactions possibles entre la pathologie psychiatrique des parents et celle des enfants. Ils analysent ensuite les 30 dossiers des jeunes admis dans cette structure depuis son ouverture en 1992, et exposent le cadre des entretiens proposes aux familles. Ils presentent enfin une observation clinique mettant en lumiere l’utilite du travail familial dans la prise en charge d’un adolescent presentant une pathologie narcissique.
