Abstract

Frente ao avanço da agricultura de precisão como forma de otimizar a obtenção de dados, o uso de terras e a aplicação de insumos agrícolas, os sensores surgem como ferramentas promissoras. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a potencialidade do uso do sensor para pH, composto por dois eletrodos de antimônio (Sb) associado à solução TSM, para estimativa da acidez potencial do solo. Para isso, foram realizadas avaliações do sensor em estrutura de bancada, para avaliar métodos de medida, avaliando o tempo para resposta do sensor, a concentração da solução TSM e sua forma de adição, de maneira a fazer com que o solo exerça seu poder tampão. Para estimar a acidez potencial, foi verificado que o sensor apresenta exatidão nas medidas em 15 s de contato com a amostra. As adições da solução diluída na proporção 3:1 (água destilada: TSM) apresentaram menor interferência na medida, comparado às adições da solução concentrada. Foi possível verificar a potencialidade do sensor como ferramenta para medidas da acidez potencial, por meio do sensor em 15 s de contato com a amostra de solo em condição friável e adição da solução TSM diluída (3:1).
