Kitabın müellifi Dârü’ş-şafaka Müdürü ve İctimâ’iyyât Mu’allimi Ali KÂMİ'dir. Kitap, Prof. Dr. Emine ÖZTÜRK ve Dr. Öğretim Üyesi Ali FİDAN tarafından Osmanlıca aslından Türkçe'ye transkribe edilmiş ve Orhan GÜLTEKİN tarafından tashih edilmiştir. İbrahim Hilmi tarafından tabi ve nâşir edilen kitabın basım, yayın ve satış hakları Akademisyen Kitabevi A.Ş.'ne aittir.
